Authorities have released the name of the man who attacked a police officer outside Lynn City Hall, grabbed the officer's gun, and fatally shot himself,
*They reported on local radio that the man had mental problems. Gee, good thing he was never able to legally buy a gun. Yeah that worked out real well.
