Yeah, this kid is 12 years old and his fundamentals are 100% perfect. Watch the footwork and watch his upper body from the chest up. I cant really speak to if he has a big arm for a 12 year old or not, but he definitely has touch. Its like watching a 12 year old Peyton Manning (Sorry, Eli).
