NRA Blog has an article on this new upper from Crossman. Basically, its designed to be a short range practice piece for target shooters.... has a useable range of 10 meters. It shoots .177 caliber pellets with a 10-shot rotary clip. Their primary target market is for Camp Perry shooters, but kids are gonna love this thing.... Who wouldn't want to shoot their Dad's AR in the back yard instead of their boring old BB gun?
