'Stand Your Ground" bill vote today

In Pennsylvania:

HARRISBURG -- The state House today is expected to vote on "stand your ground" legislation that would allow people to shoot assailants in self-defense in public places without first retreating.

The bill has broad bipartisan support, but it had been bottled up in committee. House Majority Leader Todd Eachus, D-Luzerne County, last week publicly agreed to schedule the vote.
