I have to take a minute and tell you guys all about Retro-Tactical. I mentioned a few days back on The Facebook that I recently had a box show up at my front door from the good folks at Retro-Tactical... Well, inside was a broad sampling of a few of the high quality items they offer on their site.
Retro-Tactical is a relatively small operation. They were started back in 2008 and are nestled somewhere in the hills of north Georgia. They had somehow managed to go completely under my radar until recently when fellow blogger Matt over at "Jerking it" pointed them out on his blog. What makes Retro-Tactical so unique is that they service an often ignored market segment... they specialize in tactical gear for older weapons. Thats right. They sell just about everything you will ever need to gear up your old service weapons with new manufactured products. AKs, SKSs, M1s, Mosins, Saiga. You name it; they've probably got it. They even make stuff for modern weapons too.
Their gear is high grade stuff. 100% made in the U.S.A., and their items are constructed from 1000D Cordura which means they are tough as nails and can face just about whatever hard use you can throw at them.
