Academy Sports posts a sign about guns in the store

So I walked into the local Academy Sports the other day and noticed a new sign on the front door that said something about "guns in the store and your safety"... I saw some blah blah blah about guns being checked at customer service, but didnt pay it no mind since it did not in anyway meet the legal requirements my state has for signage that would ban me from carrying. Me and my Kel-Tec walked right past it.  While shopping, I kept thinking about that sign and decided I would take a long hard look at it on the way out.

To Paraphrase, it said:
For your safety, all guns that come into the store for whatever reason (warranty/repair, scope mounting, bore sighting, etc) must be checked and kept at the customer service area.
Ok, that seems reasonable enough. Like I said, it doesnt legally stop me from carrying concealed, and many big box outfitters have similar gun policies. Hell, after that idiot had an AD a while back at Bass Pro Shops, I can firmly say that it makes a lot of sense for a business owner to want this policy.

What was most notable was what the sign continued to say:
All concealed carry permit holders may continue to carry their firearms openly or concealed in compliance with state law.
Bravo, Academy Sports! Bravo! Most retailers would not have included that last little bit, but I much appreciated it. Thank You.
