More about buying used

Speaking of buying used guns.... There is a nice article over at Gun Folks about buying used instead of new.

For the record, I am very much in favor of it. Most modern used guns that are produced by a major manufacturer are gonna be just fine. They may have lost some of their finish or have a few nicks, but for the most part they are going to be good shooters. Heck, most of the used guns out there on the market are ones that have been just sitting in a drawer or the back of the closet. I think buying used is a great way to save a few hundred bucks and still get the same performance as you would with new in the box.
