So I have one of their quick access pistol safes and for whatever reason it just crapped out on me the other day. It was odd because it wasnt the electronics that crapped out (which is usually the downfall of any safe) it was the actual locking mechanism.
Anywho... I sent them an email and told them what was going on and they got another one out to me right away. No fuss. No muss. They paid shipping both ways, and they were prompt and courteous throughout. It was a great customer service experience all the way around. So, thank you Stack-On and thank you Betsy. This instance should be held up as the example for everyone in retail.
