They do exist!
The longer I watched those videos the more I was bothered by the whole thing. Yes, they do need to practice, but no, they do not need to be discharging rounds in the middle of a highly populated urban environment... I am sure that it is also probably illegal.
There is also absolutely no need for them to be in an actual stadium. All they really need is practice time from an elevated platform with the equipment that they would be using. Can you imagine the fallout if they have an AD and a round goes into an office building and kills someone? Whoever green-lighted this idea should be severely reprimanded.

It states that they were using MGM bullet traps set at various places within the stadium.
Yeah, there are a lot of things that could go wrong with a live fire exercise like that one.
