Since I signed my U.S. patent (#6,101,918 issued to me on Aug 15, 2000 for bump firing stocks) over to Fostech recently, Fostech has the ONLY patented bumpfire stock on the market. Other manufacturers who are manufacturing and marketing bumpfire stocks have done so without my permission and without benefit of licensing my patent, and now that Fostech owns my patent, those other companies are now manufacturing and marketing their bumpfire stocks without Fostech's permission or licensing the patent from Fostech.
